Delivering eerie and edgy melodies that derive from her own experiences, Ayala created Angels For Sale with a strong vision of finding her true identity, spirituality, and self worth. It is through her lyrics she found an outlet to cope with her dysfunctional, yet relatable home life.
Reviving her musical background, she joined a teen rock band, playing hundreds of shows including events such as The Vans Warped Tour and SchoolJam USA, where her band won the Fan Favorite Award in Anaheim, California. After performing original sets on local TV and radio stations, she decided to shape her career as a songwriter. Writing with numerous cowriters including Michael Sanders, Teddy Kirschenbaum, Russ Wallace, and even Bruce Kulick from "KISS", Ayala found her niche in rock music.
In 2014, she graduated from the Youth Performing Arts School (Louisville, Ky.) as a Musical Theatre Major and received the Nicole Scherzinger (Pussycat Dolls) Award. She then moved to California to attend the Musician’s Institute in Hollywood and started the production and establishment of
Angels For Sale.
Through her connections at school, Ayala found drummer, Elvert Zarate. Already a Southern Californian and aspiring songwriter, Elvert moved to Los Angeles with a similar vision and quickly recruited various musicians from their local music college. Playing at The Whisky A Go-Go, The Viper Room, and many other Hollywood venues, AFS decided to relocate to Las Vegas to find other permanent members.
It didn't take long for Ayala and Elvert to discover the many talented guitarists and bass players in Vegas, but Brandon Garcia was one that stood out from among the rest. Throwing down tasty guitar licks and groovy bass lines with multiple local bands, Brandon brought a new dimension to the music of AFS.
Born in Gallup, New Mexico, his father and two older brothers were professional instrumentalists as well. He found a love and calling for music at the shy age of 5. At 10 years old, Brandon was playing drums and eventually started playing bass for his older brothers' bands ("Groove Line", "The Pleasure Chorizos" and Dave Walker from "Savoy Brown", "Fleetwood Mac", "Black Sabbath", "Brumbeat R&B", & "Raven and Mistress"). After high school graduation, Brandon received guitar lessons from Carlos Santana, Joe Satriani, Jorge Santana (Malo), and Robby Krieger (The Doors). He has played with several bands in Vegas venues (i.e. Ceaser's Palace, Showboat, The Venetian, etc.) and recorded on the movie soudtrack for "A Day Without a Mexican". One of his most notable experiences is performing every week with "Prince" at the Rio Casino.
Ayala contacted George Patmas (another music colleague from LA) in hopes he'd be willing to join the band. Needless to say, George happily confirmed and they played their first show back together at the Chain Reaction in Anaheim of May 2018.
George grew up in the town of Eagle, Idaho and at just 5 years old became inspired by Jimi Hendrix. George moved to Hollywood, CA. to pursue his musical career at Musician's Institute and by the time graduation came, he had a variety of different musical styles under his belt including Jazz, Fusion, Metal, & Rock. In the fall 2014, he won the Schecter Synyster Gates Guitar Scholarship. Now a touring and session musician, George rocks the stage not only with AFS, but with World Wide Panic and records with producer and audio engineer, Mike Plotnikoff (Chicago, My Chemical Romance, Skillet, Halestorm, Kelly Clarkson, Of Mice and Men, Escape The Fate, etc).
